Here are some of the awards Lower Mill Estate has won over the last three years:

The Daily Telegraph New Home Awards 2007 Lower Mill Estate were presented the Best Architectural Innovation award, which recognised the estate's exceptional exterior appearance and definitive 'wow' factor. The estate also won Best Waterside Development. The judges were looking for a development that related best to a waterside environment. Lower Mill Estate was applauded for not just ticking the boxes, but creating new ones. 'Stunning use of architecture make the absolute most of the waterside setting,' the judges said.
Green Business Awards 2007 The Lower Mill Estate was awarded Best Building Design on the 29 November 2007. The award recognized Lower Mill Estate’s commitment to the design of new features to the exclusive second homes on the Estate which help to maximise the efficiency of energy, water and waste management.
