Goldeneye

 The apartment accommodates up to six guests and is within a five-minute walk of the on-site Spa & Restaurant.

Goldeneye has an open-plan lounge/diner and kitchen, which is well-equipped to accommodate six guests.  The accommodation is bright and airy and benefits from bi-fold doors onto a private deck. There are three bedrooms, of which the master double includes an en-suite shower room. There is also a double bedroom, bunk room, and family bathroom.

A spacious west-facing deck completes this property and offers the chance for al fresco dining and outside seating for six.

Please note this property is dog friendly. 

House & Estate Rules:   

• Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests. 
• Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
• Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate

All our properties are non-smoking.

• Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
• A £250 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this. If you have booked via Airbnb, you do not need to pay the security deposit directly to Habitat Escapes as any damages to the property are raised through Airbnb's reimbursement portal.
• Please utilise the one parking space provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.
• This property is pet friendly. Only one dog is allowed.
