Welcome to the lakes

Lower Mill Estate is set in hundreds of acres of idyllic Cotswolds countryside, known for its beautiful rolling hills, quaint villages and historic market towns. Mindfully designed around freshwater lakes, rivers and acres of untouched woodland, this natural idyl ensures guests enjoy downtime from their busy lives.

Silverlake, Dorset

Lower Mill Estate has two sister estates: Silverlake, a lakeside country estate in the heart of Dorset and Birchwood, just outside Barnstaple, close to North Devon’s glorious beaches. All of the estates have been developed under the careful stewardship of our parent company, Habitat First Group. 

Birchwood is currently in its infancy and more exciting news will be available about its development soon.
