The property size was great, the cups and plates were not overly clean since the dishwasher needed salt and rinse aid. The dining table was very sticky. There were quite a few maintained issues but these were dealt with very promptly.

Yea lovely place very clean and tidy all stuff you need , only thing that worries me is there is no wire fence or similar to lake so with kids had to keep them away and lots of duck poo on lawn so could play much outside

A lovely property if a little tight downstairs for 9 adults. Thankfully the roof was fixed on the Friday of our stay so we were able to go up there and enjoy the weather and the view. Nicely equipped kitchen, but had to ask for oven gloves. Great hot showers.

Very nice property, could do with outdoor maintenance to make the patio more inviting / less overgrown
Balconies needed a sweep as a lot of bird droppings.
Whilst the sofas were comfortable as 5 adults we struggled to relax with only having 2 x 2 seater sofas, it would benefit from a corner...

Bathrooms looking abit tired & dated / few spots of mould.
Great DVD selection but the TV quality was poor. Very fuzzy picture from outdated tv.
Overall nice property but needed a few tweaks to make it fab!

Overall the property was amazing, lovely spaces and a very well equipped kitchen.
It was looking a bit tired in places but I know you can’t keep on top of it.
We did have an issue with 2 of the radiators upstairs being on although the thermostats were off and heating off.

Didn’t help it being a hot weekend but they did come out and tried to turn it off but it came back on in the evening and next day.

The property itself is great, only bugbear is it doesn't have a shower in the downstairs bathroom, but we live the house (repeating guests).
Unfortunately, even though I mentioned it after last year's visit, there are still some saucepans that can't be used because they don't work on induction hobs, they switch the hob off as they are not compatible.
This makes cooking for 7 people quite challenging!

The property itself was brilliant - the space, the location on the site etc. We really enjoyed it.
However, there were elements I think that could be improved.
For example, lots of the blinds on the windows felt very fragile, would fully close or didn’t fully cover the windows they were attached to.
The sofa in the main living room really let the place down. It felt very out of place. Old, dirty, out of shape. It feels a relatively small change that would have a big impact.
Again, a small touch but for a week’s stay only one bin bag was provided and two washing machine tabs. For a place that sleeps 8, these small touches to help improve the stay and make thing more convinient would go a long way, I feel, as this was even enough for us as a couple there for a week with a baby.

The property was immaculate and finished to a great standard. It was well equipped and the hot tub was a great extra.
If I was looking for any improvement then it would just be a comfier sofa big enough for two.

Lovely house, well kitted out. Very comfortable stay. Great location for everything on site. We added to the puzzles at the house and left some new ones.
Suggestion would be to put a blind on top window in master suite as very bright in early morning.

The property was good, it would have benefited from having a glass top to the outdoor table. We had an issue with the shower in 1 of the en-suites but this was resolved quickly by the maintenance team.
