The property was immaculate and finished to a great standard. It was well equipped and the hot tub was a great extra. If I was looking for any improvement then it would just be a comfier sofa big enough for two.

Lovely house, well kitted out. Very comfortable stay. Great location for everything on site. We added to the puzzles at the house and left some new ones. Suggestion would be to put a blind on top window in master suite as very bright in early morning.

The property was good, it would have benefited from having a glass top to the outdoor table. We had an issue with the shower in 1 of the en-suites but this was resolved quickly by the maintenance team.

No kitchen roll was provided. There was no storage in the double bedroom. Property wasn’t ready at 4pm as suggested, however the facilities on site to use were great to pass the time whilst it was being prepared Little box of essentials was a nice touch

Fantastic property and facilities, spotlessly clean and great quiet location. My only negative was that we had an infestation of flies one evening when we had the doors open which we were not warned about. I recommend you inform guests that this could be likely and when to not open doors

Access to the lake was VERY difficult - we assumed due to the water level being so low. However the vegetation was also very Overgrown making it hazardous to get through on paddle boards and canoes.

Broken patio door which may it tricky to get onto the decking area. Prompt response from staff but unfortunately couldn’t be fixed during our stay.
