To help us safely manage capacity and ensure the best possible experience, all guests are required to book their swim slot in advance. Swim slots are released the day before and can be booked through our online system. To book your swim slot, click here.
For any questions, contact the team on 01285 862 640, email leisureandwellness@lowermillestate.net or pop in. The team will always do their best to accommodate walk‑ins if space permits; however, this cannot be guaranteed and we strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
Mill Village pool
Open from 0800† until dusk all year round, the pool in Mill Village offers a serene space for a spontaneous morning dip or a refreshing swim beneath the open sky.
Heated to a comfortable 30°C, even in the cooler months, and surrounded by lush greenery, it’s perfect for families, casual swimmers or anyone looking to unwind close to nature. Shower facilities are available on-site, making it easy to freshen up after your swim. And with no need to book ahead, you can simply turn up, jump in and enjoy.
Please note, the pool in Mill Village is unsupervised. Swimmers do so at their own risk.
Outdoor eco-pool
Embrace a deeper connection with nature in our outdoor eco‑pool, a tranquil space designed for invigorating cold‑water immersion. Naturally filtered by aquatic plants, it offers a pure, calming environment that celebrates the beauty of its natural surroundings, inviting you to slow down, breathe deeply and experience a restorative sense of calm.
Please note that our outdoor eco‑pool is not a plunge pool and should be used sensibly, at your own risk.

How to find us
Our treatment rooms, gym, indoor pool, outdoor pool and eco-pool are all located at the Leisure & Wellness Club. You’ll find it in the heart of the Estate near Ballihoo – keep an eye out for the zebra crossing which marks the entrance. what3words: ///spouting.jungle.milder

Important information
To support safe and smooth entry and exit from the pool, please arrive no earlier than five minutes before your session time.
If your plans change, your booking can be easily amended or cancelled through our online booking system. We kindly ask that you update your booking so we can offer the space to other guests.
A 15‑minute grace period applies to all bookings. After this time, we reserve the right to offer your space to guests on the waitlist. If you are running late, please let the team know.
Guest access begins at 1000. Please note, our estate facilities are shared with homeowners, who have access beforehand.
Sauna and steam room access requires a pool booking.
Treatments do not include guaranteed access to the pool, sauna or steam room; if you wish to use these facilities, a separate booking is advised. Please speak to the team when booking your treatment.
If you have any health concerns or are unsure whether cold‑water immersion is suitable for you, please seek advice from a medical professional before entering our eco-pool. Children must be supervised at all times. If at any point you feel unwell, light‑headed or uncomfortable, please exit the water immediately.
**Our eco-pool may be closed due to weather conditions or low temperatures.
†The pool cover may occasionally be in place during these hours to retain heat and keep the water clear. If the cover is on during opening hours, please feel free to remove it and jump in.
Please note: Access to the Leisure & Wellness Club is reserved exclusively for homeowners and rental guests staying at a property with club access at Lower Mill Estate.
