Ground Floor:


As you walk through the front door, you are greeted by the light, airy open-plan kitchen, dining, and larger than average living area. This versatile space is designed for family togetherness. You can prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen while the family relaxes by the cosy wood burner, takes in the stunning lake views, or watches the younger generation enjoy a game of table football. It's the perfect setting for families to create lasting memories together, whether you're sharing a meal, enjoying the serene surroundings, or engaging in a friendly game.

Additionally, you'll find the convenience of a utility room equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a separate WC and shower. The owners have thoughtfully provided a dog crate and a few pet essentials (you will need to bring bedding for the crate).

First Floor:


Here, you'll discover the master bedroom, boasting picturesque views of the lake. Adding to the allure, there's a freestanding bath within the room itself, providing a serene spot to unwind while enjoying the captivating lake scenery. Additionally, the master bedroom features an ensuite shower room for added convenience and luxury along with a private enclosed balcony. 
Along the landing, you'll find a spacious double room, complete with its own ensuite shower room for added privacy and comfort. Adjacent to it is a third bedroom featuring a bunk bed with a double bottom, perfect for accommodating additional guests or children. Additionally, there's a family bathroom available, ensuring everyone has ample space and facilities to enjoy a relaxing stay.

Second Floor:


On the second floor, you'll find the spacious den, which overlooks the lake. This inviting space is perfect for enjoying a film or playing a board game, providing an ideal retreat for relaxation and entertainment.
At the front of the property, there is a fourth room with a king bed, this bed can be separated into twin beds upon request. There is also an additional family bathroom, providing ample space and convenience for all guests. 
Huron House is thoughtfully equipped with air conditioning in the master bedroom and the second floor, ensuring comfort during the warmer summer months. This feature allows guests to relax indoors and maintain a pleasant temperature regardless of the weather outside.

Outside:


Opening onto a spacious west-facing deck, offering a perfect vantage point for watching the sunset, this is ideal for enjoying the outdoors, especially with amenities like a charcoal BBQ and tables with chairs. The sunken 6 seater hot tub adds a luxurious touch, allowing guests to relax while overlooking the serene lake view. Additionally, having a jetty provides easy access to the lake, perfect for those who enjoy exploring or activities on the water. A perfect spot to unwind, relax, and appreciate the natural beauty surrounding the property.

House & Estate Rules:   


Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests.
Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate
All our properties are non-smoking.
Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
A £500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this.
Please utilise the one parking space provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.
 One small, well behaved dog is welcome to join you on holiday at this property
