



































































































Infinity Lodge is a highly bespoke and modern property with views and access to Minety Lake. The property is only a short walk away from the spa, Ballihoo, and the tennis courts giving you an enviable position at Lower Mill that will allow you to make the most of your holiday.
One of Infinity Lodge's standout features is its own summer house situated separately at the front of the property. Here you will find a large corner sofa, an arcade games machine with 5,000 games and a 70-inch TV and a table football perfect for the kids, while the adults can enjoy some peace and quiet in the main house.
The property also has a brand-new hot tub available for guests to use as well as a Sky TV package including Sky Sports.
The property is not pet friendly but the owners reserve the right to bring a dog with them when they stay.
Minety Lake is the newest addition to Lower Mill and Habitat Escapes! As such, there are still properties and areas around the lake and wider estate that is undergoing final elements of construction, so whilst this property is fully completed, you will see construction, machinery, and workers around the property between 0730 and 1800, Monday to Friday and 0800 to 1300, Saturday. Please abide by any signage relating to construction areas. Please review the above images to make sure you are aware of the surrounding construction of Infinity House prior to booking. As you enter Infinity lodge you will be greeted with a beautifully furnished, open-plan kitchen and dining area with bifold doors opening out onto an extensive decking and garden area that leads up to the water's edge. You have access to your very own private jetty, which is perfect for launching water sports equipment during the warmer months. In the winter months curl up on the sofas in front of the log fire and enjoy the use of the properties Sky and Sky Sports subscription provided by the owners.
The dining table has 8 chairs and the kitchen island has 4 bar stools.
Please note that water sports equipment shown in the images is not included with the house, you may bring your own equipment to be stored outside or rent equipment from the activity hub located at Lower Mill.
As you make your way upstairs you will find the master double bedroom benefitting from a view over Minety Lake. Not only does the master bedroom have a bespoke ensuite bathroom, but there is also a freestanding bathtub in the bedroom.
On this floor is a further double bedroom, a bunk bedroom with two bunk beds sleeping a total of 4 children, and a family bathroom.
On the top floor, you will find the final two bedrooms, the first is a double bedroom overlooking the front of the property and the second is a large super king bedroom with a lake view. There is also a further family bathroom on this floor.
The back decking has a dining table and a coal BBQ for you to be able to make the most of the great British summer. Your private jetty gives you the perfect launch place into Minety Lake so you can easily explore the best nature reserve has to offer from the water.

Please note that this property has an EV charger but it is not available for guest use. Please instead use one of the 4 communal EV charging points available at Lower Mill.

The spa was a definite highlight my treatment was amazing and Lesley (think that was the therapists name) was absolutely fantastic I really can't praise her enough. Abie was also fab .. warm, friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was great too, staff were so helpful and welcoming

We couldn't get into the nature reserve. The spa pool was amazing but we were really disappointed by how we were treated by the staff there.
