Two of the ground floor bedrooms grant access to the back decking where you will find the property's hot tub overlooking Clearwater Lake.

Ground Floor

There are two double en-suite bedrooms and one twin room with a separate family bathroom on the ground floor. 

Puffin House benefits from a hot tub on the ground floor decking which the two double bedrooms open onto.

First Floor

The fourth and final bedroom is found on the first floor, this bedroom is a bunk bedroom.

Also on the first floor is a spacious, modern kitchen offering an excellent range of cupboards with a built-in washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, double oven and gas hob over, and microwave. Breakfast bar and stools. Well equipped to accommodate seven guests. Dining table and chairs for six guests.

In the open plan lounge, there are two sofas accommodating six guests, a coffee table, TV, DVD player, and wood-burning stove. Sliding doors lead from the kitchen/lounge to the first-floor balcony.

Outside

The property is set in a peaceful position on the south banks of Clearwater lake and is accessed by a footpath and a small bridge. The ground floor lakeside deck benefits from a dining table and chairs for six. The first-floor balcony offers a bistro table and chairs overlooking the beautiful water views.

House & Estate Rules:   


  •  Quiet hours are observed after 11pm, we aim to maintain a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and guests. 
  • Hen and stag parties, including any related activities, are not allowed on the estate premises
  • Work related stays for any purpose are not permitted on the estate
  • All our properties are non-smoking.
  • Upon departure, kindly ensure that the premises are left in a clean and orderly manner, with all furniture returned to its original position and rubbish removed. There are bin stores located around the estate.
  • A £500 refundable damage deposit is due the week before your arrival. You will be contacted regarding this.
  • Please utilise the one parking space provided at the property. Additional parking is available at the main car park if needed. Please do not park in the bays assigned to other properties.
  • This property is pet friendly.
